  • Leveraged numerous contracts for facilities operations, equipment and rental vendors which resulted in yearly net savings of 30-40%.

  • Transformed and expanded the camera/ technical department from a six camera 600 SQ ft space to a 4500 SQ ft warehouse with 25 cameras/ Audio/lighting and grip over a seven year period.

  • Spearheaded and executed three company-wide moves to accommodate continued company growth.

  • Fortified the development of an internal database that maximized efficiency, thus enabling increased workload and project success rates for team members.
